		<description>It wasn&#039;t particularly thought through :) but now that I think about it, there is a sense in which being comfortable dancing means have a direction. It means you need to know how your body works and moves and what makes it expressive. Plus having the confidence to go with it.

Needless to say, it&#039;s very much a work in progress for me!</description>
