A good pole dancing class will improve your technique dramatically. If you’re not sure where to take lessons, see if your state or country has any listings below. Right now, there are mainly US studios on the list, but you’ll also find a few from Canada and the UK. If your favorite studio isn’t listed here, please let me know so I can add them.
Where I personally know something about the studio, I mention it below – in some cases you can even read an interview with the teacher. However, since I can’t know every studio, here are some tips to help you find a good pole dance instructor.
