Clothing Items

Due to the intimate nature of PoleSkivvies clothes and the high-intensity wear they receive, I cannot accept returns on either the shorts or tops. However, I will be glad to work with you if you or your student need an exchange for a different size, or on the rare chance that you have received defective merchandise.

PoleSkivvies may be exchanged within two weeks of the listed shipping date if the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. No clothing item that is damaged, soiled, or worn will be accepted for exchange.

Try your shorts on over your underpants, in case you need to do an exchange. I strongly suggest you review the Sizing Chart before placing your order.

Please notify me by email me or phone if you are making an exchange. While I will send you the replacement items at no additional cost, you would be responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to me.

Non-Clothing Items

Items may be exchanged for store credit only.

DVDs may not be returned or exchanged once opened. X-poles may be exchanged within 30 days only if unopened and unused, and only for another pole. A 10% restocking fee may apply. X-Poles must be returned to the manufacturer, not to PoleSkivvies; please see the packing slip on your pole for details or email me.
