Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of PoleSkivvies clothes and the high-intensity wear they receive, I cannot accept returns on either the shorts or tanks. However, I will be glad to work with you if you or your student need an exchange for a different size, or on the rare chance that you have received defective merchandise.

Please understand that, as PoleSkivvies are only produced in small batches, there is the possibility that the size you’d like in exchange won’t be available, or won’t be available in the color you’d prefer, until the next production run. If you don’t wish to wait, I will help you select an appropriate alternative.

PoleSkivvies may be exchanged within two weeks of the listed shipping date if the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

Try your shorts on over your underpants, in case you need to do an exchange. I strongly suggest you review the Sizing Chart before placing your order.

Please notify me by email me or phone if you are making an exchange. While I will send you the replacement items at no additional cost, you would be responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to me.

In the unlikely event that a production run is cancelled after you have placed your order, your full amount, including shipping, will be refunded.
