I ship all over the world.

Clothing ships 24 hours after the order is received, unless otherwise indicated. No handling fees beyond the shipping charges are applied. Non-clothing items will generally arrive in a separate package, since they are shipped directly from the distributor. Non-clothing items are also shipped within 24 hours, in most circumstances.

Clothing items are shipped from the United States, some DVDs are shipped from Canada, and jewelry items are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please allow additional time for arrival, as needed.

Shipping within the United States

Retail clothing orders within the United States are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. PoleSkivvies reserves the right to choose the shipping method. The shipping charges are:

• $7.00 for one to three items
• $8.95 for four to five items
• $12.95 for six or more items

Special Information on International Orders

Clothing shipments to customers outside the United States will be sent first class mail, with no insurance or tracking. This is because insurance and tracking on international shipments are usually prohibitively expensive, and often are not even available.

While most orders arrive without any problems, should yours be lost, you would be responsible for purchasing any replacement. If you are concerned about insurance on your shipment, please email me for more information.

Any necessary duty or state, VAT, or other taxes are not included in product prices, whether clothing or non-clothing items. I recommend that you contact your local officials for complete information on any duties or taxes that may be applied, since PoleSkivvies is not able to predict what you might be charged. If you are a wholesale customer, you will need to charge your students for any taxes applicable in your state or country.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping charges on retail clothing orders to Canada (prices in US dollars) are:

• $4.95 for one to three items
• $11.45 for four to five items
• $22.90 for six or more items

Shipping charges on retail clothing orders to all other countries (prices in US dollars) are:

• $7.95 for one to two items
• $13.45 for three to five items
• $26.90 for six or more items

Note: Clothing shipments to the United Kingdom have been taking approximately two weeks to arrive, due to delays in UK customs.
