X-Pole

X-Pole XPert

I had been hankering for an X-Pole ever since my pole buddy, Dawn, who is the incredible pole dancer you see modeling my shorts and tanks, let me try her X-Pole.

So, when the new X-Pole XPert came out, I couldn’t resist – I got a 50mm in Titanium Gold and I love it!

It is fantastic. Strong and solid and easy to grip.

I can easily see why X-Pole has developed such a huge cult following. They started in the UK and only recently came to the US, but their fan base is absolutely devoted. And no wonder.

You’ll love them, too.

Just meet Stacey Pope, an X-Pole rep, and Estee Zakar, X-Pole rep and pole dance model. You can even find out how X-Pole got started.

If you think you want an X-Pole, but need more information, cool. Here’s the scoop on X-Poles:

What types of X-Poles are there?

X-Pole makes chrome poles and titanium poles. You can choose either 45 mm or 50 mm. Read the interview with Stacey Pope to see her recommendations about chrome vs. titanium poles.

Are X-Poles Static or Spinny?

The X-Pole Sport is static, while the X-Pole XPert has both static and spinny options.

Will the X-Pole fit my ceiling?

X-Poles fit, without the need of extensions, ceilings from 7′ 4″ to 9″. Extensions can be purchased separately for ceilings up to 12′ 3″.

What ceilings surfaces can I use the X-Pole on?

X-Poles can be used against almost any level ceiling surface. Their silicone edging has high-grip capabilities. Rough surfaces, such as artex, may present a problem depending on how rough they are. However, it is not a case of not being stable enough. Rather, it is a question of whether the ceiling will be damaged if uneven pressure is placed on it. X-Pole cannot be used on false or suspended ceilings.

Will the X-Pole damage my floor?

X-Poles have a soft silicone pad around the base. This gives excellent adhesion to virtually any surface and also stops any damage. As with any pressure pole, it is possible that marks may occur, but these can be rubbed off. X-Poles can be used on virtually any floor – wood, tile, carpet, etc. Care needs to be taken on wooden floors that flex, in order to make sure the pole is fully compressed.

What will I need to assemble my X-Pole?

Everything needed to assemble the X-Pole itself is included in the box. Additional items you will need are a tape measure, to measure the ceiling height and the distance from the wall for future installations; a pair of step ladders (a chair can be used but is not recommended); and a stud finder to locate the joists. A pencil is also useful to discretely mark the pole position.

Do they come with a carrying case?

Yes, both the Sport and the Xpert come with a lightweight carrying case.

What if I have a problem with my X-Pole once it arrives?

If there are any manufacturer’s defects or damage due to shipping, any needed parts will be happily replaced to ensure a fully functional X-Pole.

If you know you want to buy an X-Pole, you’re making a very good decision.

Just to be upfront, I get some money if you buy your X-Pole with the links on my site (although you don’t pay a cent more). I tell you this not only to be straight with you, but also so you can realize something important: LOTS of pole manufacturers let you sell their poles on your website, yet I don’t list lots of poles on mine. I only list X-Pole. Get one of your own and you’ll know why.
